Wow! Suzanne, you did an awesome job on this and I am excited for everyone who entered. I would love to be able to give both gifts to every entrant, but of course, I know that's not possible! (Sorry!) Just want to tell you all, though, that the songs on the disc are beautiful and it was such a joy to be able to record it. And I always enjoy making the sachets. It's so much fun designing each one and this little angel will be even more fun to make than the rest!
For all of you who have entered the contest, thank you so much! I hope you find something on this blog that blesses you and your loved ones in some way. My prayer is that you will catch glimpses of Him every time you visit this blog - or see my website - or listen to my music - or read one of my books - or watch one of my videos - or see one of my sachets.
I've read every one of the comments that came in today and I am truly excited to see your names and pray over you. I wonder what your lives must be like, where you live and how your families are doing. I will be praying over you long after this little contest is over, dear friends.
Thank you so much for following me. There is such a sweet awareness of His Presence as I see each of your names and read your comments. I visited the websites of those of you who posted one and was blessed by what I saw on them, too. And I'm going to be watching each day to see who else has signed up so that I can be praying for them, too!
You know, the most important thing in my life is my relationship with God. Jesus Christ means more to me than I can express and without His Spirit there is no way I could ever do anything! I know I need Him all of the time - but even more than that, I WANT Him all of the time.
We may have to do this again sometime soon! Suzanne's creativity in this area is so wonderful - I can hardly wait to see what new idea pops into her pretty brain next! :)
Well, I suppose it's time to sign off for now. But let me leave you with this scripture today. These are some of my favorite verses:
"Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride, beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, " Now the dwelling of God is with men and he will live with them. They will be his people and he will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!" Then he said, "Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true."
He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life. He who overcomes will inherit all this, and I will be his God and he will be my son..."
Isn't that a meeting to look forward to?!
God bless you all today. See you soon!
